National Shipping
Free national shipping is available for prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders that are equal or lower than ₹499, a convenience charge of ₹49 applies.
We apologize for not providing COD orders in our beginning stage.
In the rare case, due to technical issue at bank/payment partner if the amount has been deducted from your account however your order status continues to show as pending payment or payment failed, please do not worry. Your money is safe. Simply write to us on thekidventure@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +91-7020123141 and we will look into it for settlement to your utter satisfaction as we believe that a satisfied and happy customer is the asset for us.
Orders once packed or shipped CANNOT be cancelled/modified. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. However, due to Natural Calamities or regional disruption may impact the delivery timeliness for which we are helpless.
Under normal circumstances, we deliver products within 5-7 business days of the order being confirmed. If you’re in a Non-Metro, all products usually reach you within a time span of 5 to 11 days, and for very remote locations, though extremely rare, the time for deliveries may exceed 11 days.
Note:
These timelines do not apply for customized orders or special orders advance order bookings. The timeliness for each of these will be different and individually mentioned in the product description or with a notification.
All items are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship and process your order in whole within 96 hours of the order, we will update you with the same and shall cancel the balance part of the order. In such a case, your payment for the unshipped items in your order shall be refunded,in your account in manner you have made the payment. The refund will be done as early as possible and we, at THEKIDVENTURE, are committed to it.
–If you believe that the product is not received in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take the package, and mail us on thekidventure@gmail.com and whatsapp +91-7020123141 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to clear the issue on priority basis.
