1. Easy Returns & Refunds
- You may return items within 3 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Within 7 days, you may also request an exchange if you choose a different size or colour, subject to stock and availability.
2. Condition for Returns
- Items must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
- Returns cannot be accepted if items are used, damaged after delivery, or missing parts/accessories.
Important Conditions
· Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.
· Products like personalized items or opened gift items cannot be returned.
3. Refund Options
- Refund will be issued via your original payment method—credit/debit card, net banking, UPI.
- If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll get a bank transfer or a credit note for future reference.
- All applicable GST and duties will be fully refunded for valid returns.
Important Note on COD Charges
· COD (Cash on Delivery) charges and any associated processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Why?
o These charges are collected by our payment/logistics partner to process the COD order. Since they are service fees and not part of the product cost, they cannot be refunded, even if the order is returned.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is free—we’ll send a pre-paid return label.
- Returns for other reasons (e.g. change of mind, size/colour exchange, etc.) will require the customer to bear the shipping costs if the process exceeds for multiple times.
Why?
- We’re happy to help with faulty products, but since returns due to personal preferences (like size or colour changes) are not our fault, we request customers to cover the return shipping cost. This ensures fair practices and keeps our prices affordable for everyone.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be initiated within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
- The refunded amount should reflect in your account within 3 business days from initiation.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Go to “Return or Exchange” button in your order summary (or contact us).
- Choose the item and reason for return/exchange.
- Print and attach the return label we share, and ship the package.
- We will track and confirm receipt in 3–5 days.
- Once inspected and accepted, we’ll initiate your refund.
7. Items Not Eligible
- Products used, washed, or altered.
- Personalized/customized items made per request.
- Gift items once opened.
- Missing packaging or accessories.
8. Exchanges
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
- Preference given to same product in different size/colour.
- If the exact item isn’t available, you may choose a refund or store credit.

10. Your Legal Rights
