Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed within 12 - 48 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays) from the date of order confirmation. During high-demand periods or festive seasons, processing may extend to a maximum 3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with NimbusPost to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across India. Our shipping services include:

Standard Delivery

  • Coverage: Available to 29,000+ pin codes across India
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for most locations
  • Tracking: Real-time tracking provided with every order

Express Delivery

  • Same/Next-Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities.

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.

  • Additional charges apply.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Standard Shipping: ₹69 for orders below ₹999

  • Express Delivery: Additional charges as per location and weight.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

We deliver across India to 29,000+ serviceable pin codes. To check if we deliver to your area, simply enter your pin code at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • SMS and email notifications with tracking details.

  • Real-time tracking updates via our branded tracking page.

  • WhatsApp notifications for delivery status.

Delivery Process

Successful Delivery

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery during business hours

  • A valid ID may be required for high-value orders.

  • Someone must be available to receive the package.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails, our team will:

  • Make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • Contact you via phone/SMS for rescheduling.

  • Hold the package at the nearest facility for 7 days.

  • Return to our warehouse if unclaimed after 7 days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹1,500.

  • Payment must be made in exact change to the delivery executive.

  • COD is not available on combo products.

  • Additional convenience fee of ₹26 is applicable on COD orders.

COD Restrictions

  • Maximum order value: ₹1,500.

  • Combo products are excluded from the COD payment option.

  • For orders above ₹1,500 or combo products, please use online payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets)

Shipping Restrictions

Items We Cannot Ship

  • Damaged or defective products from our end will be replaced.

  • We do not ship internationally currently.

  • Some remote locations may have extended delivery times.

Address Requirements

  • Complete address with landmark is mandatory.

  • Pin code must be serviceable.

  • Contact number is required for delivery coordination.

While we strive for timely delivery, factors beyond our control may cause delays:

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

  • Order Modifications: Shipping address cannot be changed once the order is shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.

  • Packaging: All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Our baby and kids' products receive special protective packaging.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Orders are considered delivered once signed for by someone at the delivery address.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  • We will arrange for immediate replacement or refund.
